Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
You are solely responsible for: (a) the accuracy of all information you submit to government agencies, (b) maintaining active SAM.gov registration and required certifications, (c) complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and (d) reviewing all AI-generated content before use. Misrepresentation in government contracting can result in civil and criminal penalties.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A 30-day refund is available for first-time subscribers who have not generated more than 5 proposals. Refund requests can be made through the platform's support channels. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after the 30-day window.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. Do not store sensitive information (Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords) in the platform. We are not responsible for data breaches or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. Your use of the platform acknowledges this risk.
